In the department's examination and regulatory activities related to licensees under this article, the department may cooperate with the Indiana securities commissioner in the regulation of entities that, in addition to conducting business regulated under this article, also conduct activities of a loan broker subject to IC 23-2.5.As added by P.L.35-2010, SEC.8.
