In examinations or other regulatory activities conducted by the department and related to licensees under this article, the department may cooperate with the Indiana securities commissioner in the regulation of individuals who, in addition to conducting business regulated under this article, also conduct a loan broker business subject to IC 23-2.5.As added by P.L.35-2010, SEC.40.
