§ 24-4-7-2-5-5

'Executive' means any of the following, as applicable:(1) With respect to a corporation, a person who is or performs the duties of the:(A) president;(B) chief executive officer;(C) treasurer; or(D) chief financial officer;of the corporation.(2) With respect to a partnership, a partner authorized to act on behalf of the partnership.(3) With respect to a limited liability company, a member of the limited liability company who has not had the member's authority to act on behalf of the limited liability company revoked.As added by P.L.242-2019, SEC.2.
