(b) A telephone solicitor, a supplier, a caller, or any other person who obtains consumer information that includes telephone numbers shall exclude the telephone numbers that appear on the division's most current listing.As added by P.L.189-2001, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.61-2014, SEC.3.
