(b) A law enforcement officer may obtain or receive records and information described in subsection (a) for use in the official law enforcement purpose of investigating crime.(c) A law enforcement officer may disclose the name and address of a dealer to an adverse claimant in the case of a dispute over ownership of architectural salvage material in possession of the dealer.As added by P.L.63-2008, SEC.1.
