§ 24-4-23-12

(b) A person that brings an action for injunctive relief under this section and prevails is entitled to:(1) injunctive relief; and(2) court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and other reasonable expenses of litigation, including expert witness fees.As added by P.L.98-2024, SEC.1.
