§ 24-4-8-4

As used in this chapter, 'watercraft' means any instrumentality or device in or by means of which a person may be transported upon waters and includes a motorboat, sailboat, rowboat, skiff, dinghy, or canoe of whatever length or size.As added by P.L.250-1987, SEC.1.
