§ 24-4-9-2-10

As used in this chapter, 'termination time' means the earliest of the following events:(1) The end of the vehicle sharing period identified in the shared vehicle agreement if the shared vehicle is delivered to the location agreed upon in the shared vehicle agreement.(2) The end of the vehicle sharing period identified in the shared vehicle agreement if the shared vehicle is delivered to an agreed alternative location and the alternative location has been communicated through the P2P vehicle sharing program.(3) The shared vehicle owner or the shared vehicle owner's designee takes possession and control of the shared vehicle.As added by P.L.253-2019, SEC.3.
