A foreclosure consultant shall retain all records and documents, including the foreclosure consultant contract, related to services performed on behalf of a homeowner for at least three (3) years after the termination or conclusion of the foreclosure consultant contract entered into by the foreclosure consultant and the homeowner.As added by P.L.52-2009, SEC.3; P.L.105-2009, SEC.6.
