As used in this chapter, 'insured consumer' refers to a person:(1) that is a policyholder or an insured under a:(A) personal line policy of property and casualty insurance coverage; or(B) commercial line farm insurance policy that insures residential property; and(2) that is or may become a consumer that enters into a real property improvement contract under this chapter.As added by P.L.170-2017, SEC.8.
