As used in this chapter, 'nonconformity' means any specific or generic defect or condition or any concurrent combination of defects or conditions that:(1) substantially impairs the use, market value, or safety of a converted motor vehicle; or(2) renders the converted motor vehicle nonconforming to the terms of the warranty of a responsible manufacturer or installer.As added by P.L.91-2022, SEC.1.
