(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of:(1) not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) for a violation or series of violations concerning one (1) consumer; or(2) not more than a total of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for related violations concerning more than one (1) consumer.As added by P.L.104-2007, SEC.1.
