As used in this chapter, 'armed forces of the United States' means the active or reserve components of:(1) the Army;(2) the Navy;(3) the Air Force;(4) the Coast Guard;(5) the Marine Corps; or(6) the Merchant Marine.As added by P.L.88-2004, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.2-2005, SEC.64.
