As used in this chapter, 'scleral tattooing' means the practice of producing an indelible mark or figure on the human eye by scarring or inserting a pigment on, in, or under:(1) the fornix conjunctiva;(2) the bulbar conjunctiva;(3) the ocular conjunctiva; or(4) another ocular surface;using needles, scalpels, or other related equipment.As added by P.L.50-2018, SEC.1.
