As used in this chapter, 'puberty blocking drugs' means:(1) gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues or other synthetic drugs used to stop luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone secretion; or(2) synthetic antiandrogen drugs used to block the androgen receptor;when used for the purpose of assisting an individual with a gender transition.As added by P.L.10-2023, SEC.1.
