The licensing agency is not:(1) responsible for performing or required to perform any due diligence or review of the veracity of the information represented by an applicant under this chapter;(2) liable to any party in any capacity for any misrepresentation, fraud, or omission or other such conduct committed or caused by an applicant who applies for registration under this chapter; or(3) liable to any party in any capacity for any misrepresentation, fraud, or omission or other such conduct committed or caused by any individual who is registered under this chapter.As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.15.
