The Indiana board of veterinary medicine shall provide the agency with the information necessary to create and maintain a provider profile under section 10 of this chapter for each provider (as defined by section 10(a) of this chapter) regulated under IC 25-38.1.As added by P.L.48-2022, SEC.13.
