(b) Not later than January 31, 2026, the legislative services agency shall submit a report to the budget committee in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 containing the results of the analysis conducted under subsection (a). The report must include:(1) the amount of fees collected; and(2) a description of how the proceeds from the collected fees were used;during the two (2) most recent fiscal years.(c) This section expires July 1, 2026.As added by P.L.190-2023, SEC.7.
