(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to practice dental hygiene in Indiana without a license from the board authorizing that person to practice dental hygiene in this state.(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.Formerly: Acts 1945, c.90, s.3.
