As used in this chapter, 'access practice agreement' means an agreement that:(1) is entered into by a licensed dentist and a dental hygienist that allows the dental hygienist to provide preventive dental hygiene services directly to a patient; and(2) complies with the requirements of this chapter.As added by P.L.30-2018, SEC.2.
