§ 25-14-5-3-2

The board may require a person who:(1) applies for licensure as a dietitian under this article; and(2) has obtained the person's education outside of the United States and its territories;to have the person's academic degree or degrees validated by an organization approved by the board. The validating organization must state that the degree is equivalent to a baccalaureate or master's degree conferred by a regionally accredited college or university located in the United States.As added by P.L.124-1994, SEC.7.
