Except as provided in section 3 of this chapter, an individual who does not hold a certificate issued under this article before July 1, 2019, or a license issued under this article after June 30, 2019, may not:(1) profess to be a licensed dietitian; or(2) imply by words or letters such as 'LD' that the individual is a licensed dietitian.As added by P.L.124-1994, SEC.7.
