A practitioner of dentistry shall not fail to post, and keep conspicuously displayed, his name and license in the dental office wherein he practices, in plain sight of his patients; if there are more dentists than one (1) practicing or employed in any dental office, the manager or proprietor of the office shall not fail to post and display the name and license of each dentist so practicing and so employed therein.Formerly: Acts 1913, c.138, s.15; Acts 1917, c.160, s.4.
