All applications for the practice of dentistry and all renewal notices sent for the practice of dentistry in Indiana shall be for licenses and not for certificates. For the purposes of this chapter, all certificates and renewals for certificates for the practice of dentistry shall be the same as licenses and renewals for licenses issued after May 1, 1977.As added by P.L.6-2012, SEC.174.
