§ 25-14-1-5-5

An applicant for a license under this section must meet the following requirements:(1) Be a graduate of an American Dental Association recognized dental program, as determined by the board.(2) Be employed by a recognized dental school.(b) An individual granted a dental faculty license under this section:(1) may use the license only to practice at the school where the individual is employed and as a part of the individual's research or teaching responsibilities; and(2) may not use the license to obtain:(A) a license under section 3 of this chapter; or(B) reciprocity or endorsement under this article.(c) The board shall set the license fee under section 13 of this chapter.As added by P.L.103-2011, SEC.17.
