Except as otherwise provided in section 5 of this chapter, a dentist shall see that each denture he delivers to a patient in Indiana is marked in the manner prescribed in this chapter if the denture has been fabricated by the dentist or under a work order issued by him.As added by P.L.135-1984, SEC.1.
