However, if an applicant fails more than one (1) funeral director intern license examination or more than one (1) funeral director license examination, the board may require the applicant to submit proof to the board that the applicant has met the additional education requirements set by the board before the board allows the applicant to take another examination under this article.As added by P.L.246-1985, SEC.4.
