A person that uses the title 'funeral director', 'mortician', 'undertaker', 'funeral service licensee', 'funeral director intern', 'embalmer', 'funeral home manager', or a variant of any of these titles without a funeral director license or a funeral director intern license issued under this article commits a Class B infraction.As added by P.L.246-1985, SEC.7.
