The board may issue a license to an individual who:(1) is licensed, certified, or registered in another state or territory of the United States that has requirements determined by the board to be substantially equivalent to the requirements specified in this article;(2) is in good standing in the other state or territory;(3) applies in the manner required by the board; and(4) pays an application fee specified by the board.As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.35.
