(a) At least thirty (30) days before an appointment to the board, the governor shall receive a list of not more than three (3) nominations for the appointment from a joint committee of the survey and representatives of professional organizations representing professional geologists in Indiana.(b) Members appointed to the board shall be selected from the list submitted to the governor by the joint committee under subsection (a).As added by P.L.161-1996, SEC.2.
