The board may investigate:(1) a suspected violation by a licensed professional geologist of:(A) the code of conduct adopted under section 3 of this chapter; or(B) other rules of the board concerning professional competency and integrity of licensed professional geologists; or(2) other grounds for action against a licensed professional geologist under IC 25-17.6-8.As added by P.L.161-1996, SEC.2.
