All rules and regulations authorized by this chapter, to become effective, shall be first approved by the board and then promulgated in the manner provided by law for the promulgation of rules and regulations of administrative bodies and when so promulgated shall be the only rules and regulations governing the licensing of health facility administrators as defined in this chapter, in the state.Formerly: Acts 1969, c.84, s.12.
