The attorney general, the board, or the prosecuting attorney or a citizen of any county in which a person is in violation of this chapter may bring an action in the name of the state to enjoin the person from continuing in violation of this chapter. A person who is enjoined and who violates the injunction shall be punished for contempt of court. An injunction issued under this section does not relieve any person from criminal prosecution.As added by P.L.149-1987, SEC.48.
