(b) An administrator in training or student intern may take a specialized course that:(1) is approved by the board as described in section 18 of this chapter;(2) includes instruction and training on:(A) standards of competent practice;(B) facility administration and management;(C) housekeeping and laundry;(D) nursing;(E) dietary needs of residents;(F) facility related activities;(G) business office management; and(H) facility admission and marketing; and(3) may include instruction and training on other subjects.As added by P.L.149-2023, SEC.40.
