The board may:(1) use any part of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and Advisory Grading Service of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and(2) contract with third parties to perform administrative services for the examination as the board determines is appropriate.As added by P.L.30-1993, SEC.7.
