'Practice of acupuncture' means the insertion of acupuncture needles, the application of moxibustion to specific areas of the human body based upon Oriental medical diagnosis as a primary mode of therapy, and other means of applying acupuncture under this chapter.As added by P.L.265-1999, SEC.1.
