§ 25-20-2-7-2

An agency or political subdivision of the state (other than the board) may not:(1) impose a registration or licensing requirement; or(2) charge a license, an employment, or another fee;on individuals licensed under this article for activities defined in this article.As added by P.L.145-2003, SEC.7.
