'Nonstructural or nonseismic' means interior elements or components that:(1) are not load bearing or do not assist in the seismic design of a building;(2) do not require design computations for the structure of a building; and(3) do not include the structural frame system supporting a building.The term includes ceiling and partition systems that employ normal and typical bracing conventions and are not part of the structural integrity of the building.As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.37.
