To qualify for registration under this article, an applicant must not have a conviction for:(1) an act that would constitute a ground for disciplinary sanction under IC 25-1-11; or(2) a felony that has a direct bearing on the applicant's ability to practice competently.As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.37.
