The agency shall register an applicant who:(1) applies for registration under this article before December 31, 2011;(2) meets all the registration requirements under this article other than the requirement under section 5(3) of this chapter; and(3) meets one (1) or more of the following:(A) Has:(i) received at least two (2) years of interior design education; and(ii) practiced in the field of interior design for at least ten (10) years.(B) Has practiced interior design for at least fifteen (15) years.As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.37.
