The agency shall renew a registration of a registered interior designer only if the registered interior designer meets the following conditions:(1) The applicant successfully completes the continuing education requirements under this chapter.(2) The applicant pays the renewal fee under IC 25-20.7-3.(3) Except for an applicant who is registered under section 8 of this chapter, the applicant:(A) has documentation of successful completion of the examination administered by the ARE; or(B) holds a current certificate issued by the NCIDQ.As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.37.
