A complaint for a violation of a provision of this chapter is sufficient if the complaint alleges that a person on a specific day:(1) engaged in the practice of surveying in Indiana;(2) did not have a valid certificate of registration; and(3) was not exempt from registration.As added by P.L.23-1991, SEC.12.
