(b) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that are reasonably necessary to implement this article, including for the administration of the professional surveyor and surveyor intern investigative fund established under IC 25-21.5-11-4, and establish standards for the competent practice of surveying.As added by P.L.23-1991, SEC.12.
