§ 25-21-5-4-1

For the purpose of safeguarding life, health, and property, a person must be registered or exempted as a professional surveyor to do the following:(1) Practice or offer to practice surveying in Indiana.(2) Advertise or use a title or description tending to convey the impression that the person is a professional surveyor.As added by P.L.23-1991, SEC.12.
