A person is not eligible for registration as a professional surveyor or certification as a surveyor intern if the person has been convicted of any of the following:(1) An act that would constitute grounds for disciplinary sanction under IC 25-1-11.(2) A felony that has a direct bearing on the person's ability to practice competently.As added by P.L.23-1991, SEC.12.
