A plat showing streets, lots, blocks, or any subdivision of land in Indiana may not be:(1) approved by a county planning or zoning authority; or(2) accepted for transfer or recording by a county auditor or recorder;that has not been prepared or certified and sealed by the responsible professional surveyor.As added by P.L.23-1991, SEC.12.
