Any applicant who successfully passes the examination provided in chapter 4, and who meets all of the requirements of chapter 3, is entitled to be registered as a physician and to receive an unlimited license to practice medicine or osteopathic medicine.Formerly: Acts 1975, P.L.271, SEC.1.
