The board, in certain exceptional instances, may waive for limited licenses, temporary medical permits, or final licensure any of the provisions of this article, including fee requirements, if a complete evaluation by the board of the applicant's previous training, education, and practice determines them to equal or exceed the requirements of this article.Formerly: Acts 1975, P.L.271, SEC.1.
