(b) With the approval of the executive director of the licensing agency, the committee may meet upon:(1) the call of the chairperson; or(2) the request of a majority of the members of the committee.(c) Two (2) members of the committee constitute a quorum.(d) The affirmative vote of two (2) members of the committee is required for the committee to take action.As added by P.L.232-2013, SEC.20.
