Failure to renew a certificate on or before the expiration date makes the certificate invalid without any action by the board.(b) To be eligible for the renewal of a certificate issued under this chapter, an individual must:(1) meet continuing education requirements set by the board;(2) maintain a Certified Professional Midwife credential; and(3) maintain sufficient liability insurance.As added by P.L.232-2013, SEC.20.
